Snubber Fill and Purge stations
are available for a wide variety of hydraulic snubbers. Units can be
supplied as stand-alone, or integrated into a Barker/Diacon bench for
automated stroking while purging snubbers. Stroker benches can also be
supplied.
Units provide fluid under pressure, vacuum. 10 micron filtration is
integral to the unit. Fill and purge station can be supplied free standing
(as shown) or wall or machine mounted. |

Overhead cranes can be supplied
for our larger benches. These cranes take up a minimum amount of floor
space, while maximizing safety and productivity while handling larger
snubbers. They require no external support as they mount directly to the
test bench. |

External readouts can be supplied
for velocity and/or load. This allows easier setting of lockup and bleed
rates on adjustable type snubbers during rebuild. |

Fluid Filtration Systems are
available. These stand alone units are designed for unattended operation.
Designed for use with SF1154 fluid, they both clean the fluid and remove
water to less than 200 ppm. |

Valve Test Stands allow the
testing and setting of removable hydraulic snubber valve blocks without the
need to mount the valve on a snubber. This can speed up the rebuild process
tremendously. We can also supply Valve Test Manifolds for use with our
IPST10 In Place Snubber Tester to allow off line testing of large equipment
snubber valves. |
